Recommended Daily Dosage Adults and Children over 12 years – For general well-being, take one tablet daily with food. To help with penile erection and to help alleviate menopausal symptoms, take 2 tablets daily with food. Or as directed by your Healthcare Practitioner. Medicine Interactions Ginseng may decrease the effectiveness of warfarin. Panax ginseng may lower blood glucose.
