Additional Information

No added sugar, salt, yeast, gluten, starch, wheat, corn, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial colours and sweeteners.

Recommended Daily Dosage for Adults

Take one tablet a day with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Medicine Interactions

Calcium, zinc, iron and magnesium may decrease the absorption and efficacy of some prescription medications. Separate doses by at least 2 hours.

CARDIAC GLYCOSIDES – Calcium may increase the effect of these drugs. Seek medical advice.

CALCIUM CHANNEL BLOCKERS – Calcium may decrease the hypotensive efficacy of verapamil and other calcium channel blockers. Seek medical advice.

Calcium may decrease absorption of biophosphonates, tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics and thyroid hormones.

If taking tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, biophosponates (osteoporosis drug), thyroid hormone, methyldopa, carbidopa or levodopa, or penicillamine, separate doses by at least 2 hours. Calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron may decrease absorption of these medications.

TETRACYCLINE’S – Magnesium may decrease the absorption and efficacy of tetracycline antibiotics. Separate doses by at least 2 hours.

FLUOROQUINOLONES – Magnesium may decrease the absorption and efficacy of fluoroquinolone antibiotics. Separate doses by at least 2 hours.

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from sunlight.
